Rejected Wise Man's Memo

I would like to suggest more ways to get Wise Man's Memo, the current ingame options are not enough to farm them.
even if you spam 80 lost king treasure maps, you get most likely arround 10~ of them.
Give us 2 normal Wise Man's from bp instead of this useless one that noone uses.*'
The market is almost non existent and if you want to upgrade smth you think twice about it.
Please let me know what you guys think.

+1 it's also time to add frozen artisan pieces / frozen artisan stones to the game. Same with Overcharged Frozen Sapphirre.
