Hello everyone i would like to propose a new initiative to make the game more engaging and get guilds more involved in competitive activities. The idea is to organize weekly guild challenge events, held every weekend from Friday morning until Sunday night/Monday morning. This timeframe is designed to encourage participation, as most players have more time to play over the weekend.
How does it work?
Each week, guilds will compete in different challenges. Here are some examples of possible challenges:
• Metin Hunt: The guild that destroys the most metins. Each destroyed metin will earn the guild a certain number of points, which will be tallied up from all contributing guild members.
• Demon Tower: Each time a guild member kills a Death Reaper, the guild earns points.
To better balance the challenges and encourage participation during peak hours, I suggest a dynamic point system based on time slots:
• From 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM: 20 points for each Death Reaper killed.
• From 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM: 30 points.
• From 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM: 50 points.
• From 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM: 10 points.
This system allows more points to be earned during peak hours when more players are likely to be online, while still providing opportunities for those who play during less active hours
The rewards for the winning guilds could include shop coins for players in the top 5 guilds. The higher the ranking, the greater the rewards. However, to receive the coins, each player must have actively contributed to the challenge, for example by earning a minimum of 1000 points personally.
Other ideas for challenges.. there are many other possible challenges, such as:
Boss Hunt: Bosses across various maps could give different amounts of points depending on their difficulty:
• Bosses in map1 and map2: 2 points per kill.
• Bosses in the Valley and higher: 10 points or more, depending on difficulty and go on..
This way, even lower-level players can contribute to the guild’s success.
The main goal of these events is to give guilds a stronger sense of purpose and competition, focusing on PvM since PvP competition on WoM is still a distant goal. This system could not only make the game more lively but also strengthen the spirit of collaboration within guilds.
I hope this proposal will be well received. I look forward to your feedback and any additional ideas!
Thanks for your attention.
