Aubury Active member Apr 17, 2023 #2 That's how the skill works. The buffs of an enemy are temporarily removed and they will take increased damage for the duration of the Dispel. After Dispel runs out, all buffs return to the enemy. At P skill, the effect is something like 10 seconds long.
