3kkk for 2 tries to +9 (with refinement) for a neckleage level 54. ( still not +9 )
Again, I get it , pvm hard,Im a pvm hard lover myself, but some decency and balance wouldn't hurt.
Im not upset that I didnt make it +9, but its like really insane to get to try it only 2 times with money that could buy like 6 necks +9 of that type.
Same story with alchemy, CL4-5 fail miserably much, there u lose everything (including your will to live and play)In my opinion it should have a somehow decent success rate for higher CL 3-4-5 and harder to lower class Cl2-1 antique etc.
There are other names that can be used to describe the level of difficulty and the difficulty I feel when upgrading something on wom seems much more than hard.
