Accepted Typed Confirmation for Skill Reset

I have seen some new players resetting their skills while trying to get cookies from old lady. It made me think that, even to read a soul stone you need to type "I want to train" so it would be fair to prevent some mistakes by adding the same step into skill reset.

agreeing as one of the who resetted their skills through Old Lady. Anastasiya told me that already there's a warning which pops up when you click reset all skills but I would except something more realizable instead of regular warning on Metin2. Beside of all, Reset Skill option was not on the top tho before few days ago, and we as players are doing ENTER ENTER after clicking bio to skip all conversation faster to get XMASS COOKIES. However, dragging reset skill option on the top felt me that like it was a bait even it was not. With my all pleasure, please exchange warning box or add a type confirmation like Turk said.

In my assessment, this is a game-generated error. A sudden change in the order of the menu options at the Old Lady does not seem plausible, especially given the severe impact on characters up to level 60.
Against this background, it raises the question why the restoration of skills is being refused by support, even though this should be technically feasible for an experienced support team.
