Treasure maps defences

As stated in the title i want to know if resistances apply to bosses inside the maps f.e orcs/temple/desert/snakefield should be wind resistance as well as orcs/esoterics/animals bonuses and sohan should be ice resistance and fireland with fire ?
Or its just damage with poly health and buffs/damage reduction with marriage item?

So, what does it take to kill these Treasure Map bosses? You can even ride a horse inside the dungeon. What kind of damage output do we really need to take them down? And what are the rewards like? We're looking for tips and tricks.

And in general you need a lot of dmg, so either you have 2 good attacker or use poly's
