Closed Torrent update error.

Hello! I'm trying to play again after a looot of time but i'm getting this error and I can't figure out what to do to fix it. I've looked a couple of forum threads about this and it's still appearing. I do not have any other client opened, I restarted PC, redownloaded the file and so on, nothing seems to fix it, thanks in advance!

If there is a vpn or any program used for Discord, it gives this error, you need to uninstall it
