2 weeks ago before you fixed the bug where your mount swapped statuses between evasion and defense depending on the CH and the map you were in, i've sent a mail where i've requested that after the fix i want my pet to have DEFENCE.
I was being told not to worry. Guess what happened 2 days later after the maintenance? Seems like i should've worried because after 2 weeks, multiple email tickets sent to the support team, discord messages and ingame pms i still have EVASION.
Areya told me that there are multiple players that have that issue and maybe its hard for the dev team to fix it. I really doubt the fact that it takes more than 2 weeks to swap some data from 2 DB columns so i made this thread because i already tried every other communication method.
Maybe other players that have the same issue as me can reply to this thread so we can eventually get an answer, other than "don't worry"
