Support Emails.

Just a quick question generally how long does it take for support emails to get replies?

We respond to emails on an ongoing basis. Some of them require consultation with other team members. The answer should be as soon as possible.

I have multiple emails sent that have not been answered for months.
At least specify that you answer them on a selective basis so that people don't wait in vain for a response that might not come.

Note: This is a genuine reply. I am by no means trying to mock the staff or the server, or insult anyone in any way. Putting this here so my replies are not seen as aggressive and deleted and then me banned again. Thank you.

That should not be the case. At most if you do not get feedback is because we deem the case to be closed for instances that the conversation leads nowhere and we already gave our best to explain the situation but no different answer can be provided but if you are not certain you did not understand our reply in that ticket you can always come back for further clarification but we do not answer selectively.
