Hi,
Thank you for your suggestion, it would certainly be a useful addition, especially given how "simple" it sounds on paper. But there are technical limitations that currently prevent us from implementing it. Due to how complex and tangled the system is, making even small changes would require effort. If we ever decide to fully rewrite that part of the storekeeping system in the future, we’ll definitely keep your idea in mind, though that’s unlikely at this time. Keep the suggestions coming, though!
