The WoM2 Speed Event is back! Aimed at all individuals interested in joining our community, it promises to bring newcomers closer to the status of the already-established WoM2 OGs at a time-effective pace.
How does it work
1. Register with any of our referral codes between 16.10 and 22.11.2026. (Max. 3 times/lifetime).
2. Once registered using a referral code, you will automatically receive a Beginner-Speed Package inside the Item Mall storage.
3. The unopened Beginner-Speed Package has a timer after which the package WILL DISAPPEAR.
4. Open the Beginner-Speed Package to enable the event and unlock the following perks for 30 days (regardless of WHEN the package is opened during the event):

General changes for everyone
- The Hot Maps pool for the duration of this month will consist of Seungryong Valley, Yongbi Desert, Hwang Temple, Sohan Mountain, Fireland, and Snakefield.
- Decreased the cooldown for Metin Stone spawn up to level 70
- Increased the number of Metin Stones in the following maps:
- Map2
- Seungryong Valley
- Yongbi Desert
- Sohan Mountain
- Increased the drop chance of Chaos Shards from all Metin Stones up to level 70
- Spider Dungeon 1, 2, and 3 will have a 20% faster monster respawn rate
- New and existing popular events in this month's Events Calendar on the homepage
This time, however, the Speed Event will arrive alongside a much larger set of changes and additions to the game.

Rhazek, the Desert Tyrant
Deep beneath the shifting sands, something ancient has begun to stir. Rhazek, a ruthless guardian of the desert, now roams beyond the ruins, drawn out by the growing unrest across the region. Adventurers between Level 40–60 will be able to seek him out directly from the Desert Yongbi, where his presence turns an already unforgiving land into something far more dangerous.
The Initiation Trials
Without revealing too much just yet, you can expect:

Arin will be your guide through the Initiation Trials, a new progression path built for beginners or newcomers, around exploration, challenges and collection on WoM2. As you complete trials across the world, you’ll discover and unlock unique cards, each tied to different enemies, encounters and milestones. Build your collection, push further through Arin’s trials and earn increasingly valuable rewards along the way. The more you prove yourself, the more of the journey she’ll reveal.
Additionally, we will have multiple batches of balance changes, covering low-level, mid-level and high-level progression and more changes that will be revealed as we get closer to the event.
Our goal with this edition is not only to help players catch up, but also to improve the progression experience across the different stages of WoM2.
