Some Nice word to the Staff

Heyy, I came up with an idea that should balance out all the hate we have normally towards the staff if we as a community don't show also kind words and respect we shouldn't want this in return, so I guess I will start as mentioning

Anastasiya and Sheen as really great GMs I can tell every communication I had with them was always great and made my experience a bit better,

Snake tries to find solutions that make the Players and the Leader of this server happy, I really appreciate the work of him, although we should have some technical server improvements but as he stated that is not his working area.

Amun never sleeps makes funny jokes and tbh (nobody knows what he is really doing he is like gargamel although he is also a Dev)
Like I said in Discord today Snake did a good job and it is going in a kind off good direction, many said also the voice chat will be funny as hell if that's getting implemented,
Also I have to say in 1h farming while gathering this potion amount is crazy and makes me happy to see even if most of them are not the good ones. It doesn't matter



Also I want to encourage the community to share also their good experiences with the staff/server since I guess we had alot of bad experiences the last few weeks and with the statement from the staff
I feel like they showed courage and got alot of players their respect back, of course many will see from now on the things a bit more sceptical but we shouldn't forget we are all humans in the end of the day
Also I wanted to address that I feel like the staff has many times a problem when it comes to who is really in charge about the server and that should be taken care of, since we all want a great server
With that being said share your experiences and let's get a bit less toxicity in here.

I mean it's their job. Does your boss slap you on the back when you finish your work? No, you are expected to do. If the last improvement was good, it was indeed. How about the rest of the stuff that has been ignored for couple of months? Let's not sweep it under the rug, please. I all for positive "vibes" but still a lot of work ahead honestly

I guess you didn't understood quite good, I didn't forget about the rest of the negative things but they have nothing to do here rn since we have alot of negativity already in other threads and I'm for that, if there is a problem it should be recognized but if we keep going in aggressive mode we won't reach anything rather then just speaking to a wall of defensive mode, and the staff only gets their complaints side but never gets told what was good, we must act like a scale, we should work together and make this server a better place and not against eachother i guess they have always the bigger impact ofc but we can try our ways as a community and not endup like League of Legends where everybody insults after taking a kill, do you understand that maybe?

The only reason we're acting out of place is that we've been waiting for feedback on important suggestions. Everyone has tried to be as civilized as possible, but we've reached a point where it feels like us versus them. Hence, the toxicity. Do you maybe comprende now?

I totally get you I never said anything against the complaints since I complain myself too, but also like I said if our complaints are just fueled with anger rather than constructive criticism we will just hit bricks anyways, there are reasons why I didn't mention some special names but looks like he/she whatever it identifys itself got some vacation now

One side has to extend their hand to try and make peace, otherwise the us vs them will continue. Even if u feel like it's not justified, since it should be their responsibility and is in their interest to keep good relations with community.
