Closed skill FEAR bugged

few seconds after activated Fear, it disappears.

Hello,
is it happening all the time and every time? Or maybe only when you are on a certain spot/map? Or when you are being laggy? Is only the visual effect missing or its missing a whole skill?

It's not happening every time, i experienced this bug too but i didn't find any reasons why!

okay thats a bit of a trouble because to find a solution to the problem we have to know whats causing it. However, as i asked earlier is it only visual part missing or the whole skill with its effect?

It happens mostly after you activate the skill although the effect of the predecessor is still on. so the cooldown is over and skill still has for example 10 seconds until the effect is over, but the cooldown is over so you can activate the skill again, if you do that it happens that it goes out after about 30 seconds.
