"Should I Just Delete My Sura"?

Before I go crazy to level up other Pets to 100, I decided to ask for some advice from our fellow players here in the community.

I'm quite new to the server to be honest, almost 3 months, with a lot of years of previous experience, mostly to 75-80lv content (never really spammed/played the high tier content like nemere/razador etc...)
I've come to the point where I need to start buying the expensive toys, like Alchemy/Soul Crystal Gear,a new poison, so before I do that and make wrong decisions I would greatly appreciate for some help and tips on what I should do first/next.
So my question is the following: What Do I Lvl/Gear up next. I've come to a point where I feel that a Sura will Not scale up that good in the higher lvl content, in other terms I will be missing a lot of dmg to complete dungeons, nor be very efficient in Metin Farming (Buff sura pls... JK), also just to point out that I'm not trying to rush or have big expectations that I will hit beta maps in 1 month and be an efficient farmer there, I just need some pointers on what I should do, because I do not want to invest the time and money into something that will be useless. (I will list my Characters Below)
So, Do I delete the sura and gear up the warrior? Do I gear up my buffer as a 2nd hitter? Do I max out my Attack buffer and make it my main metin farmer?

Character List:
My current main is a 75 Sura with P spells, pet 100, 54lv acc+9, BMA+9... in short terms i do 14k dps on 85lv metins. Baroness Set + Ice Set for Hl1 Golems + Undead Set For Death Reaper
Buffer 75 Full INT, pet 66(stil have 2x Pet Rings) Decent gear, doing 3-4k dps.
Attack Buffer 60lv G5 (no pet)
Warrior 35 Farmer G1 G1
Sura 55 (Don't Ask why. I love playing sura.) Pet 85 Agg10, P Blade, G1 G1 (can convert him later to BM, idc about the spells)
Buffer 55 G1 G1 G1

All in all I am in a loop at the moment where I cannot make a decision on what to do next and what to invest in. My goal is to eventually push for the higher tier contnet in the most efficient way, because I'm really tired of Seing Redwood for so many years xD

So here is the thing, I will try to keep it as short as possible.
Long story short: Is warrior a faster farmer? Definitely yes. Does it require more gear? Absolutely yes.
After talking with several High Lvl people, and after their advice and tips, I can tell you the following:
Sura has its perks as well, while he is not as fast as a warrior farmer, you can reach harder content faster, with less gear on a sura than you will with a warrior. Will you lack damage? Yes. That is where your buffer comes in handy. It's best to utilize your buffer as well, rather then have it sitting there AFK watching you while you farm content. Start slowly doing BIO if you haven't started yet, get her a pet if you haven't so that you can lvl it up slowly, because the higher the content you reach, the more you will need your buffer as a 2nd attacker. Plus the buffer doesnt need expensive toys (gear) some decent HP gear + resistance and a decent 75lv bell with 35ish something avg and a pet lv100 will do the job at a higher level content.

Scenario:
I currently do 14-15k ish DPS on 85lv metins. with gear worth something of around lets say maximum 5kkk on my Sura. I have no alchemy, 0 Earth resistance, and 11khp with my drop gear, because im using HTE with 20 drop for int+crit buff, and to be honest I have no problem breaking lv90 Metins at all. Maybe occasionally i will have to run away once from a metin if too many mobs spawn. The next upgrade for my sura is either SCE/better poison/Full alchemy CL1, which all cost alot.
But if I gear up my shaman with somewhat decent gear, lets say i invest 2-3kkk in her, and I get her to resist the lv85/90 metins without dying while doing 10k dps, that is a huge boost. Can a warrior do this as well? Maybe who knows, but I bet you will need at least some earth resistance and better gear than what I have on my sura. Can you gear up buffer on warrior as well to do the same thing? Absolutely yes.
In conclusion Warrior is a faster farmer, but takes much more money to gear him up to be efficient, while with a Sura you can run with budget items and still farm the same content that a warrior does. You wont be as fast a warrior of course, but at the end it all depends on your playstyle, what you want to do in the game, and what you want to achieve.

Anyway, I should create a warrior; it'll cost me more, but I'll be more efficient. I'll go slowly and not level up too quickly so I can buy the necessary items.

Care about efficiency? Make a Warrior.
Care about just doing some stones with minimal gear? Make a Sura.

However, I think it is a great choice for a secondary char, mainly for high level content, such as Razador, Meley, HL2 levelling, where the tankiness comes in handy, but more as a support than a main char.
As a sura you will have issues doing runs, as Azrael can even be tricky as a war, even when utilizing the buff as well for extra damage. So i can only imagine how hard it must be for a Sura.
Which in turn means, Sura will need better equipment to do runs for example, to compesante for the lack of damage. Where a warrior can do Azrael with Ebony+9, a Sura might actually need SCE+9 instead.

At the same time, and from my own experience, warrior is not that hard to play where you would say "I rather play Sura because he has it way easier". You need the correct bonuses, bios, buffs, sure. But not crazy expensive items to do any metins for example.


In conclusion, would I say Sura is crap? No, he has his areas where he shines.
Would I say warrior is worth more in the long run? Definitely.

If you already created a Sura, I would say create a Warrior as main farmer/damage dealer, but don't abandon the Sura. You can still use him as a secondary farmer who just clicks some stones here or there, or as mentioned before, as assistance in runs later on.

However, this is just my personal view. Of course, you still can play Sura as your main char, no question.

I felt like I need to post an update with what actually happened with "Should I delete My Sura" 😂

So, here we are 2 weeks later. After getting amazing feedback and huge advice, which I am very grateful for, I ended up with playing the Sura as a main char.

So here is a small breakdown of what actually happened in the last 2 Weeks:
My buffer from being useless and sitting as an Afk Char, became my 2nd Hitter. Which now does 5-5.5k per hit on lv85 metins.
How much did I spend on her? I'm gonna be honest and say that I've probably invested around 6kkk into her.
I bought her a bell 75 40av S+5, Leveled up her pet to 92 (which I did with my sura in Hl1, that's not counted into the budget) with aggression lv10, got her a special pet, HTB+9 2k hp 10 pierce, a shield with Stun 12 STR 12 DEX, and for the other gear, i already had it on my sura, which I just transferred from him to the buffer, once I got better EQ on the Sura.
So shammy is currently wearing a good weapon +9, HTB+9, HTN+9, EE+9, Phoenix Shoes +6, Armor +6 30 AV, Helmet +6. (keep in mind the Crit is maxed out on her on all EQ)

So all in all I gained an extra 5.5k hitter (15k DPS) with what I call a small investment, which I could have never gotten on my sura with that kind of a budget.
Am I happy with the progress? Absolutely yes!
Am I happy that I didn't delete the sura? Hell yea xD
In conclusion like @DeCiMaToR said, Warrior is more efficient, I've said it in my previous replies as well. There is no doubt in that, warrior was always efficient and will stay like that.
So here I am 2 weeks later, doing total of almost 13k per hit combined on lv85 metins, which to be honest takes me 23-25 seconds to get 1 down.
I'm currently doing Bio lv80 on both chars, and on my way to get SCE+9 and then alchemy. Sura is fully equipped now, and keep in mind still rocking hard on lv90 metins with a BRS+9 (lv41 shield)
I can also farm Helia now, kill the Ancient tree, and probabbly still start soon with Maps to lv80 and see how it goes from there.
Keep in mind I farm 2-3 hours per day, sometimes 4, effective hours with full Buffs, like vitality stone, vote buff, thieve's glove, and full Ores on all EQ on both characters.
If someone wants a full breakdown if the gear I have, I don't mind posting it as well, or you can just DM me, I will be more than glad to help out a fellow sura in need of help
But yeah the goal is clear, im gonna stay lv80 till I farm SCE+9 and Alchemy CL3, then its gonna be Beta maps, and I will see how I move from there.
