To keep the other kingdoms besides Jinno from feeling inactive, the solution isn’t to block the creation of new accounts in the Jinno kingdom. Instead, I suggest a new search-shop system with teleportation to the shop where the desired item is available. Additionally, I recommend placing a limit on the number of shops on each kingdom’s map1—for instance, a maximum of 600 shops per kingdom. This way, players can choose to play in their preferred kingdom without being forced by the market to set up shops only in Jinno.
