Request for Transparency and Reconsideration

I am writing this post in hopes of receiving clarity and a fair review regarding the permanent ban placed on my account, “xclassic.”

The stated reason for the ban was RMT. However, I would like to clearly state that no in-game RMT transaction, item transfer, or currency exchange has taken place on my account.

I was informed that an external listing was considered a “direct match” and the basis for the permanent ban. However, no concrete technical evidence has been shared with me explaining how this association was established.

If there is specific in-game data supporting this decision, I respectfully request that it be clarified. Transparency in such serious decisions is important for maintaining trust within the community.

Additionally, I would like to mention that the tone of the informal communication I received from GM Anastasiya felt dismissive rather than explanatory. I understand that enforcing rules is part of the job, but I believe that respectful and transparent communication strengthens the relationship between staff and players.

This account represents a significant amount of time and effort invested in the server. I am not asking for special treatment — only for a clear explanation and a fair reassessment if there has been any misunderstanding.

For full transparency, I am also attaching the email I received from the GM. I would like to clearly state that I have no knowledge of the external listing mentioned, and I do not even have an account on the website in question. Therefore, I do not understand how this listing has been linked to me or my in-game account.

I sincerely hope this matter can be reviewed objectively and fairly.

Thank you for your time.

The forum is not meant for ban information, discussions or contestation.
The only way to contest a ban is via mail and you have already received your reply but you just don't want to accept it.

When players make contestation on their ban, more team members investigate the whole ordeal so rest assured that it is done accordingly and you will receive a final answer on the matter without us blowing up our source to avoid players finding ways to get around it.
That being said, this thread is now closed.
