Rejected Reduce Charisma/Inspiration failed karma usage

Hello!

The suggestion is just that, reduce the charisma/inspiration usage of karma when the book fails, same as Soul Stone. My suggestion is to cut in half (500).
You should be "penalized" more when you get it successfully imo.
