Man, you were suspended simply because you were doing RMT-admit it. As for what Sheen said, I don’t see what the problem is. If you create unlimited accounts and pretend to be someone else, you’re toxic to the community, threatening people with lawyers and physical violence (just like you did on the old WOM) => "Your aren't close to the hearts of some staff members"-because I don’t think any staff member tolerates that kind of behavior. I wish you the best of luck in life and hope you get over the suspension you received (after all, it’s just a game)-life goes on!

cmon stop acting like children. There’s no good side or bad side. Insults and harassment have come from both sides, let’s not fool ourselves. It’s right to take action, as the staff has been doing, and to keep reporting when something is wrong and if you truly feel offended. Playing the victim competition is just ridiculous. Respect each other and enjoy the game as adults, thats what we all are here.

Well, I'd like to share my thoughts as well.
I've been playing WoM since day one and I've been a promoter for this server for the past two years. I've probably brought in more referrals than anyone else over time, but that's not really important. Everyone on the server knows that I've never been part of any side and I've always remained impartial. I've played in alliance with RB and I've played in alliance with Hated, and I'm not afraid to say that it was always a matter of convenience because my goal has always been to build my own strong Italian guild.
I've never personally insulted anyone, aside from maybe a few comments related to gameplay. The staff knows very well that I've never been interested in drama because I've always played to PLAY, to HAVE FUN, which unfortunately seems to be something many people have forgotten how to do.
It's honestly shameful to read offensive messages targeting people's personal tastes, jobs, family members, and so on.
That being said, I'd like to mention one thing as well since it seems everyone is bringing things up now. I've always believed WoM has incredible potential. I've said it many times, not only because I had a personal interest in it through referrals, but because I genuinely believed and still believe in the project. However, I won't deny that over the past months I've started losing interest in the game, and it's definitely not because I'm not doing World Bosses or anything like that.
Even though I haven't personally experienced some of the situations being discussed, simply watching how certain things have been handled was enough for me to realize that something isn't working as it should. And that's okay, as long as those problems are addressed and fixed. Nobody expects a perfect server where the staff never makes mistakes. We all understand that mistakes happen. What we expect is a server where the same mistakes aren't repeated over and over again. To err is human, to persist in the same mistakes is another story.
Only once did I personally get involved in a situation when some members of SpaghettiMafia started repeatedly posting my girlfriend's real name in-game and even "threatening" to contact her on Instagram. The sad part is that reporting it to the GMs wasn't enough to solve the issue. In the end, I had to provide evidence from over a year earlier showing that the same person had been involved in RMT in order for any action to be taken. And honestly, I didn't even care about getting him banned for RMT. I just wanted the harassment to stop.
Now let's talk about the RMT aspect.
Everyone knows that on every server there will always be people buying and selling. It's unfortunate, but it's a reality and it's probably impossible to completely eliminate. I will say that the staff has generally done a very good job identifying who has actually been involved in RMT and who hasn't.
In fact, I was one of the first people to say that if there is clear evidence that Acab was involved in RMT, then he absolutely deserves to be banned whether someone has spent thousands of dollars on the game or is an important figure within the community, everyone should be treated exactly the same.
What I personally dislike is the way these investigations are handled. I hate the practice of banning 100 accounts and then unbanning 97 of them because proper checks weren't completed beforehand. If you need to investigate accounts, do it quietly first. There is no need to publicly display investigation messages in-game. It's like putting someone on trial in front of everyone and then later saying, "Actually, never mind."
Whether the unbans happen because mistakes were made or because the investigation eventually proves their innocence, the end result is the same: people lose confidence in the process. To the average player, it doesn't look professional. It just makes the staff appear inconsistent, biased, or even corrupt, even when that might not actually be the case.
I don't want to make this even longer because I've already written quite a lot, but I genuinely think the staff team needs an internal discussion to address several issues and improve how things are handled.
On a positive note, I'm very happy to see that you're becoming much more active on Discord and making a greater effort to involve the community in discussions and decisions. That's definitely a step in the right direction.

Thing is .. i dont feel good posting screenshots of the hurtful stuff i made tickets about since that would be a breach of TOS.
Those were just some quick examples i found to show bystanders that this was not as one sided as the comment you made painted it to be.
But to not deviate from the main topic of the discussion.
In my opinion measures are taken and the staff tries to remain impartial. I have argued a ton about some decisions made by the staff i didn't agree on but in the end 1 thing was true
- you can not compare between 2 different decisions regarding tickets as a lot more gets taken into consideration rather than just what the report we made highlighted

Yes you can when the same exact GMs can mute only blue kingdom for random crap on trade chat and tell someone they'll get banned for writting in a different language on trade chat but also ALWAYS ignore the random crap you people wrote on trade chat and somehow ALWAYS "oh my client crashed" "oh i didn't see anything" or my personal favorite one "oh it's not enough for a mute"
There's also the matter of ignored/burried tickets where you ask someone and you get the reply: "it's been forwarded to the right person" and you NEVER hear anything from the team again
Again , discussing things that would break the TOS is not my jiffy but i can asure you , this is not one-sided.
