So there has been some drama going on now, for about 1 month before the big guild tournament, the 3 big guilds (mind you that i'm not part of any of those guilds, so i will try to say this as objectively as possible) gathered on Off-Topic, and started the word-fight way before the actual tournament, nothing new here just hyping up as usual.
But it literally turned into a harassement fest really fast, and to my surprise, it's still going on. People are throwing numerous refferences to other's real life 1780075600446.png1780075730911.png1780075805019.png1780075822348.png1780075860800.png1780075945900.png1780076069247.png
Turning the whole discord into a clown fiesta. What did the staff do? Exiled 1 guy over the course of those few month. 1 single soul got exiled, that is it.
Furthermore, it actually seems that the staff is not impartial anymore (or never was) becouse you cannot tell me this is normal on any server 1780076481265.png

If you report certain players you either get ignored or you're met with a response such as this one^
On the other hand, if you are from the other group you're met with this kind of treatment:

This is not even the worse of the worst, I have a much more questionable screenshot I wont even risk posting here. I don't think this kind of staff behavior is healthy for this server, and honestly I gotta ask, are we going to get banned in the near future for pissing off the wrong guy? Becouse right now it seems that this is the direction we're headed for.

Hello,

We understand the concerns raised in this thread, and we want to address them clearly.

Our intention throughout this situation was to remain as impartial as possible. At the first signs of conflict between some of the top players and guilds on the server, we chose not to immediately interfere because we did not want to influence the competitive environment or be perceived as favoring one side of the community over another. We are fully aware that, in such a divided situation, any early action from staff could have easily been interpreted as bias.

However, once the situation escalated beyond rivalry and competition and began turning into harassment, we decided that it could no longer be treated as simple competitive banter. At that point, our team issued warnings and reminders that this kind of behavior had to stop. Action was then taken against those who continued despite these warnings.

We also acknowledge that one member of our staff acted in an unprofessional manner during this situation. That behavior does not reflect the standard we expect from our team. We apologize for it, and we have addressed the matter internally. The staff member was informed of their misconduct and given clear instructions to prevent similar incidents from happening again.

Our goal is, and always has been, to protect the community as much as possible while also preserving the competitive spirit that makes the server enjoyable. This means that not every smaller infraction will immediately result in sanctions. In some cases, warnings are more appropriate than punishments, especially when we believe the situation can still be de-escalated.

That being said, support channels also need to remain functional and respectful. If someone repeatedly contacts the team about the same matter after being advised to stop, our staff may ask them to discontinue. If that request is ignored, then yes, a mute may be issued for disrupting the support process.

We know that trust in staff decisions is important, especially in a competitive community. We will continue working to handle these situations as fairly, consistently, and transparently as possible, while making sure harassment and personal attacks are not allowed to become part of normal server interaction.

Thank you for bringing your concerns forward.

Because u was neutral always and I wish u all the best for the future !

If there is a valid reason behind a ticket, the team will take care of it—don't worry. The team is neutral, so there are no grounds for objection. Please refrain from making comments based solely on emotion; think things through carefully beforehand and provide constructive responses. Best regards, Forevermap1

Areya, with all due respect - I have 4 Discord accounts that have been Exiled for less than what some of the people affiliated with RB (and not only) have done on off-topic in the period before the GT (2-3 weeks) and up until even these past couple of days.

I understand and can see for myself that both parties have engages in harassment and personal attacks, but since before the GT and up until now, the grand majority of Hated players have not engaged in such behavior. Instead, they have been harassed and, quite frankly, wrongfully accused of a scam - and the accusers weren't even remotely connected to that scam.

And then there's the multiple rainbow emoji reacts, references to 35/clean, playing standing up as you can see in the pictures above that have been going on for a very long time. I personally had to send a ticket regarding someone because that player would keep it up and the staff wouldn't do anything regarding it - even if staff members were online and active in that chat at the moment.

This is simply sad, honestly. You refused to intervene due to trying to preserve a competitive community, instead you allowed Hated members and their supporters to be harassed for over one month regarding various thins. And, of course, when Hated members brought things up, made comments, etc., they were immediately shut down - mutes, timeouts, Exiles and so on. On the other hand, if you compare the temporary bans for mutes and harassment in-game, you'll notice that the "other side" might have more - with certain individuals from RB having multiple offences, but always receiving the same limited punishment.

There's not very much transparency going on in this regard, honestly. I might be wrong, but this is the view from my side.

Point is - there is constant harassment on off-topic, and RB and the gang always reduce themselves to personal insults, references to people being gay and so on, while Hated-side, even before you made that announcement regarding "how" we should be competitive, was strictly mentioning their wins on the PvP scene on the server.
If you as a team cannot come to a conclusion and see that there's obvious harassment in the middle, the result (threads like this one, unsatisfaction) are completely normal.

Then there's the issue of... weird bans for RMT? Redman is confirmed RMTer, but with only 2 accounts banned and he's STILL a promoter? YOu mentioned today you didn't want convincts being shown in Discord, as an explanation for the disappearance of the Exiled section, but people banned in the past for RMT and bug abuse - including Tasky, mind you - still have full privileges on the server.

Tell me - what is the purpose of banning ONLY involved accounts for RMT/bugs if you know the owner has more accounts?

Oh, speaking of exiled people - I'm seeing a couple of names that used to have been Exiled for a very long time now alive and kicking as normal Players, some even typing to spite others.

I say this will all due respect - transparency lacks, equality lacks. I know punishments have not always been equal since Baloo muted me for talking Romanian in call chat and the next day, when I asked Mamut, he told he they haven't been banning for that for a long-long time, but this is too much.

Well said people like lanceloth azrathal etc was going to be banned perma from long time ago if the rules was working for all equal
I’m not saying now we need ban all people and fk the server but is not my fault they continue with this harass they don’t get the point because they know u won’t ban anymore

There are two sides to every situation. Everyone needs to take a good look at themselves—and focus on their own business. You were all perfectly happy to yap away every day when Tasky got a 14-day ban; you were just as quick to make fun of others on a daily basis. No one here is innocent. Instead of treating one another with respect in the endgame, you are behaving like children. With this kind of behavior, you are turning a very good server into a bad one—and that bodes ill for the future.
