why do you miss x4/5 hits at the beginning of combat ? has this question been asked, apologies if so.

Hello,
i dont think it was asked earlier, however perhaps this behavior arises from a couple of cooldowns/checks that were added while in combat to avoid pvp abuses that made a lot of players mad in the past? Not sure if this what you say is exactly that but if you make a short video about it, it could help to identify what do you mean exactly and under which circumstances it happens.
