What is the success rate of Polymorph book 3? 5%? , been reading this for so long 2-3 times a day its unreal how much it fails. ( also many read with Hermit's Advice )

Hi!
well nobody knows for sure but it is lower of course since its the last type of book you read until P right. Sounds normal and books are not really that expensive to present any major issue.
