Accepted Pickup focus on Yang

In the old WoM2, we had a feature where either Ctrl+Pickup or Alt+Pickup would change the priority of picking up Yang over items.
Perhaps we could implement a similar feature or a keybind to pick up Yang only.

You can go to settings, game, and there you can select what items NOT to pick, that's how you can avoid picking up stuff you don't need.

Yes but it can be annoying when there are items you want to pick up with your buffer but not with your main as those settings synchronize whenever you start the client.
