Could you please check if you have any other patchers running at the same time? Also, have you noticed whether this error tends to occur under specific circumstances or follows a particular pattern?
It would be best to close any other patchers, including those for other Metin2 servers, before trying again. In most cases, this type of issue could also be related to connection conditions on the user’s side or factors outside of our system.
