Closed Patcher error after update

Hi All, could someone help with this error ? I'm running the patcher as administrator, I've restarted the computer, re-downloaded the patch from the website yet can't get my head around it. This happened today after the maintenance. TA

Its and error come and goes until it become a real problem they should deal with it not the first time its gonna be fixes by ''itself'' soon

thanks, not sure what else I can try the error suggests to be UAC permission related, however that's not the case as I'm running under administrator and excluded from AV/Win defender.

Resolved - AVG quarantined .bin files. Can be closed.
