unfortunately I couldn't solve it, I searched a lot but I couldn't find it, I couldn't log in to the game after the event update and I couldn't benefit from the event in any way

Hello!

so it seems like you are unable to patch? Have you tried to check you antivirus and firewall in case it got blacklisted there? Make sure you have sufficient internet speed to make it work as well, try to close all processes from task manager (that might potentially drain your internet) and then retry. Also if your are using vpn while trying to patch most likely wont work, first turn it off then patch and try to log and see if it works. First thoughts so maybe something can help you regarding your issue.
