Hello everyone, I wanna ask if it possibile to do more investigations before ban one account or people, because today I was banned for trade my alchemy and my Items from my main account and my secondary account, the staffer who did that told me I was selling item so rmt, and he doesn't want know nothing about that, but I have all the email all the id all the passwords.
I would like to trade my items from my account and play with my items, but the 2 questions are that.
1. Why they banned only my 2 main account with my shamy and the bank account no?
2. How can I prove that I didn't do any of the things I'm accused of?
If it possible do more control and ban the Right people
