Make the low level worldboss low level only.

As seen in the first minutes of it being announced, level 105 players already showed interest for it, which is nor healthy for the server. Make the low level wb spawn at the same time as wubba/red drake so everybody has to choose rather than have it being a side quest for full characters.

yes I think the right thing to do is that the low lvl wb is not every 8 hours from the boss's death but copies the exact same time as the drake/wubba

Ps: the only reason why I wanted the low lv worldboss to thrive as much as possible is to see lv 60 people arguing with eachother and cursing their mothers the same we did at high lv 🤣
