Rejected Language skill rework

At this moment language skills only work and show their value if the respective player you're chatting with also has read the books and mastered them.

With so many people being lazy or not showing too much interest towards this mear skill ( books are literally 100k / thrown on the ground ), a qol update would be for others to be able to understand what you're saying once you completely max it ( somewhat of a built in language ring ). I for one sure am annoyed when I farm and I don't have a language ring on me to chat to the person I'm tryna buy / sell something to / from.

To compare it with IRL and rest my case, as I speak multiple languages, I can have a conversation with someone from another "kingdom" even since they don't speak my mother language. If this could, it should be added in the game too IMO.

HMU with ups / downs regarding what's your take on this matter.
