Or simply remove the rule for 'call' and keep it only for the sales chat. Players are asking about problems, considering that sometimes we have an online team, and sometimes we don't. Moreover, even if someone from the staff is active, no one notices. The logic of a mature person: you can check the Discord.
Instead of growing the number of players, we either remain stagnant or the number drops. Moreover, we're forced to speak in English on call and sales chat, but I can't communicate properly with a player from another kingdom, because I don't have M1 skill. They want to balance the kingdoms. Wom2 logic.

Removing it would certainly be an option too. As it is now, it is just confusing.
