Rejected Increase the drop rate of Black Orc, Esoteric Tormentor

The drop rate is pretty low and you always have to buy them at premium with respect to the other class A poly marbles. They are pretty good and fun to use, so i think it makes sense to make them more available. I really don't like the esoteric design from the retail server
