Green and normal bonus changers

Hello everyone, I read in a forum post from 2023 that green bonus changers only give items max half of the buff as in armor can only get max 1000hp instead of 2000hp so you should use purple bonus changers if you want max bonuses on low lvl items... is this true?

Just want to know before I buy bonus changers and actually I am just wasting money.

As I am aware of, Green changers only have lower chance for max bonuses, but u can still get them.
Just lower chance than normal ones.

Ah okay... makes sense.

Another questions - I just got the tiger pet at lvl 30... and didnt realise that it says you get defense bonus from it is that correct? I wanted the attack value bonus from Lion

To my knowledge, this is right, and at least it worked like that nearly 1 year ago. Purple bonus work the same, with not max values but working on more lvl gear.
So if you want to make good items, you gotta use normal bonus changers. Green changers serve basically for lv 30 weapons
