It would be nice to give Pieces of Stone an actual use instead of being just another useless drop when opening Clams.
My suggestion would be to add an exchange option to the Fisherman NPC, allowing players to trade Pieces of Stone for useful items, for example:
- 50x Piece of Stone → 1x Clam
- 75x Piece of Stone → 1x White Pearl
- 100x Piece of Stone → 1x Blue Pearl
- 150x Piece of Stone → 1x Red Pearl
The exchange rates are just examples and could obviously be adjusted for balancing.
This would give Pieces of Stone some actual value and make opening Clams a little more rewarding.
