Closed Fragments not dropping

Farmed around 30 pride fragments earlier today, started farming again and after 11 pride metins no fragment drops.
Wondering if there is a limit to the number of certain metin fragments you can farm, or is it a bug?

EDIT: 16th metin dropped fragment, seems it was just terrible luck.
