Fix the chance of succesful production of ores

Hi,

I tested today to produce some heaven's tear and it definitely looks like the chances were modified.

In the Guild Alchemist dialog it says that the succesful chance is around 60%.

From 5k ores, I only got 15x succesful heaven's tear, this means a chance of 30%.
