Closed Expanded storage bug

hi, two weeks ago i've bought the 30 days pack from the item shop but it didn't refresh the expanded storage for some reason and i didn't notice.
Now i've lost everything on the 4th and 5th page, is there a way to recover my items? And i wonder why i don't have the expanded storage
if i still have 16 days of the IS pack

Everyone was provided with 15 days of free Warehouse Expansion around that time, and all packages purchased before Warehouse Expansion was implemented did NOT have it included (they were also cheaper). It sounds like you purchased the cheaper package before we added the wh. expansion. In regards to your items, they were not removed or anything like that. You will find them in the 4th and 5th inventory after you purchase the Warehouse Expansion from the Item Mall or from another player in-game.
