Maybe someone will come up with an even better suggestion for an accepted topic. Maybe players will discuss a rejected topic and change their minds.
Leave the players alone and let them make suggestions. If you're not going to do that, stop lying that you care about our opinions.

You seem confused about how the Suggestions category works. Players have the opportunity to present their suggestion succintly and fully fleshed out.
It is a platform for us to filter these suggestions as soon as possible, and we are pretty decisive about them. If we need more information from you, we either switch the suggestion to "considering" or "pending."

If you're not sure your suggestion is strong enough and you want to discuss it with other players, then I encourage you to open a thread in Discussions instead. That should help you brainstorm and collect information and write a coherent and convincing case for a potential suggestion. The category is not there to "reach" a suggestion, but for us to accept or reject a suggestion that's already developed.
