Accepted Enable making scrolls at the entrance of the Red Dragon wb dungeon

[Basim]

The original prohibition of making scrolls at the portal is still up even though the system changed and the dragon no longer is in fireland.
Please remove the prohibition of making scrolls near his original spawn spot, where the portal is now, as this serves no purpose.
For Wubba there is no such protection and so there shouldn't be one anymore for Red Dragon.
You have to walk 2181741287 meters to be able to use wedding ring or return scrolls.
