Closed Einloggen nicht möglich

Ich kann mich mit meinem Main-Acc nicht einloggen, da das System den Rechner nicht erkennt. Ich soll eine Mail bekommen und den Code eingeben, aber die Mail kommt nicht. Mit dem Schamie-Acc kann ich mich ganz normal einloggen. Hatte das schon jemand oder hat jemand einen Tipp?

sorry to hear about your issue and for the late reply but have you received your Sentry email since then, have you tried again? Does this issue still persists?

The problem is the sentry system. i have it deactivate an can play

i am glad you found a way to solve it but keep in mind our Sentry system is there to protect your account from unauthorized access so i still advice/encourage you to enable it. Maybe your email provider has some issues with accepting our incoming emails, however if you encounter any further issues like this in the future please contaxct us directly on [email protected] so we can support you appropriately.
