Earth dragon ring

Change how the earth dragon ring recharging works so it never drops below 20% or the minimum % to be able to be used on the dragon. It's ultra annoying when you have like 19% and it "recharges" to a lower percentage.

(Also sorry for the offtopic but I can't manage to make a new post, the forum works HORRIBLY it's like it's on life support. Very laggy, pages don't load, comments don't get posted or get posted after 20 errors. I've tried it on several browsers and I've asked others to try it too so it's not a "me" issue.)

Oh, dear, it's certainly a "you" problem. They're most likely "rate-limiting" troublesome members. I know I have been (and I know some other people too) since the thread complaining about the costume rotation this month (2 weeks now). Forum with no account or other account works just fine, but on this one - I had to do "Reply" 5 times until it worked.

happened also to me but imo it should be like this otherwise the dragon heads would flood the market
