Closed drop problems

hi
for last whole week i could not drop one single soul stone from metins. i destroyed outnumbered lvl 65-75-80 metins ( over 1.000 )
i am 61 lvl warrior i have 40% drop chance from items + 10 daily buff drop + site glove

for last 4 hours in ghost forest i destroyed 75-80 metins non stop got 0 soulstone ( well i used to ) 0 changers ( how it can be possible? ) 1 green bean ( too many yeah ) other items-garbage - ok.

i asked help in discord could not find any staff / mailed support no reply/ searched an online gm no way now writing here.

after the last patch i have serious drop problems. could you please mind chech my account if bug or sth happened? this is insane how vcant i drop 1 single ss or drop of changer fell this much?

* i had daily 2-3 soulstone drops before 1 week from 65lvl metins or ghost forest
** please dont advice me anything i dont want help or advice from other players. ( this stiuation looks as there must be a bug )

--- hours of trying still no ss drop too few changers; however no one cares no staff to look just waiting for nothing here. you can write an automated message now to close the topic.
