Investigating Dragon Mage - Pushback Fix

Dragon Mage skills are not pushing or knocking characters back as intended. This is especially problematic because other classes have additional slows and knockbacks, while Dragon Mage should, at the very least, retain its original kit functionality.

Since most other classes have pushbacks and slows, it’s really hard for dragon Mages to keep up. Especially since Magical Classes make low damage.
It would be good to take a broader look at PvP now that more People actively reach high lvl.
