hi i have a issue i spent 50 euro on dragon coins, but i didnt recieve any. My money is gone from my bank account, i would like some help if you dont mind, ty in advance

can you please send us an email on [email protected] stating your account id/character name, if your coins are still not added to your account.
Dont forget that some of the payment methods require more time to be processed.
