Current Situation of Dojang is:
Good players sometimes only get 1 duel.
I would suggest to raise the duels per character to 2 instead of 1.
1 duel based on elo.
1 duel randomly. (Good players would Profit who are Not n1)
Then all players who won both duels play against each other. And if there are 1,3,5.. players with 2 wins, it will be filled with the Player who won 1 duel and has highest elo.
