Closed Different buff values than skill description says

So as u you can see on screenshot, my buff got 42% on himself but gives 41%, also 29.4% on others and still gives only 28%.

Hello,

i got info that its just showing like that and its actually not reduced, in my opinion it happens because of numbers rounding up and down. Like on skill is rounded up and in stats is rounded down.
