Closed Didn't get the overcharged diamond from alchemist

So I just crafted an overcharged diamond but it's no where to be found in my inventory. The chatlog also said that I received one but I didn't get one somehow. My inventory wasn't full and I also didn't dropped it. I hope I am not blind but has anyone ever encountered such bug?
