Completed 19 BP missions, still can't claim final rewards

So since the support didn't want to reply to ma e-mails anymore, i want to ask you: why can't I claim the final rewards , even after completing19 bp missions?
Context:

I was level 86 when i started bp quests,and managed to complete every task.
In the meanwhile i get to lv90, and the ''unlocking the unknown'' mission resets, and i get the lv90+ one.

Okay no problem, the ''claim the final reward'' mission literally says :''finish19 battlepass missions'' 19, not 20.
And I DID complete 19 BP missions, I literally did what the mission asks for, hence I should be able to claim the reward from the final mission, right?

Wrong, i would need to complete the new ''unlocking the unknown'' mission in order to get the final rewards.
Thus finishing 20 missions instead of 19.

It's exactly like, let's say , I kill 1000 metin stones and I'm not able to claim the ''shatterstorm rewards''

May I ask you why i literally did what the final quest asks for , and still can't get the rewards for it?

Edit: They did reply to my emails, but still didn't get an answer.

no dude what you went through is really frustrating. dozens of beta farmer ignored bp just because of that task.
I'm starting to have fun because I'm not the only one annoyed by the team's great ideas.
I want to make 2 guesses about the team's response:
1) nobody forced you to do it (Baloo's answer)
2) this situation is fine, if you think through it (asteria's)

Yep I said that because I know that other players (you Included) wasted their time here for different reasons than mine.
The thing is it's just impossible/worth it for me to finish that task atm: i can't even bring my buffer to beta maps.

Btw, their response was: ''the only option is to complete the quest.'' (WoM support via e-mail)
So I didn't even get an answer to WHY the final mission literally says ''finish 19 battlepass missions''
And yet I can't claim it after literally finishing 19 bp missions?

Is your life/time valuable if you spend it in online game doing things that you don't enjoy?
Snake doesn't care about our opinion/complaints - he checks metrics. If people are doing something and complaining - this means it's all good. If you want to see changes don't do stupid sh*t or things that you don't like - and with time he will see that bp's have dropped x2 in sales and will make them more attractive(easier or better rewards).

I enjoy doing x, y, and z and getting rewarded for it, if that's what was supposed to be.
I wouldn't enjoy doing a job IRL and not getting the promised reward for it either.

Btw do runes of origins+ actually sell for 900kk-1kkk?
If so I could just buy all the chests.

Edit: already bought chests and premium bp

Hello,

in my opinion it does sound a bit unfair. I dont know if this "reset" midway was made on purpose and its simply not included as exception on ongoing task when you jump some level up, or not...but i asked.
Wush you to stay frustration free guys.

I appreciate your honesty.
I think the've already made up their mind tho.
