Investigating Client Freeze on Port / CH Change

I think ever since the new patcher got released, I get this issue so often, where you want to change CH or port, and then nothing happens after the countdown.
This is of course a known thing generally, but before the new patcher, it happened quite rarely, it was forgettable. Now, this issue is so bad that it makes farming really annoying, as it happens at least 5-10x per hour, which is absolutely unacceptable in my eyes.
When will this be fixed?

We generally haven’t received similar reports from other players, so this may be related to your specific network connection.

Could you please send your syserr file to [email protected] so the team can investigate it further? It would also be helpful to check whether your internet connection is stable and whether the issue occurs on another network.
