Rejected Cap forest items+9 at level 95.

By doing this, it allows more players to have access to forest gear, which will likely benefit the market since more players will be interested in these items. Correct me if I am wrong but I believe on the old server the +9 items were capped to level 95.

-1 you are naturally supposed to level up to get access to new gear, I believe the entry level of 95 is just to make it easier for people that don't level up their shamans too - I don't think they made this map having in mind a level 95 warrior/sura farming there tbh
Dusk willow weapons were level 95, everything else was level 110
