Rejected Book Day could become Mining Day

Hi,

I was thinking that it would be nice to have a day when the miners could exchange their NOT sold refined ores. It could be like the exchange of an amount of refined ores (same type) with a box which could contain random overcharged refined ores.

This could improve the selling of overcharged ores and promote them, of course. It could drop the price as well, as many players cannot afford to install them.

This system is already implemented for Book Day, why not making it also for miners? Also, the time-frame could be more often: 3 months, instead of 1 year (book day).
