Body Warrior lvl 65 stats

Hello
I have a lvl 65 warrior with 45 VIT 90 STR and the rest on DEX. Should I respec all of the DEX into VIT? I leveled DEX because it gives attack damage.

I always prefer dex over vit, so personally i wouldnt bother
